Donations made through the Site are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. You will be subject to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy during the transaction. We do not store your full credit/debit card information on our servers.
4.2. Donation Policy
All donations are voluntary and are generally non-refundable. In the rare event of an error in processing, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 11. Donations support the general mission and operations of Zim Global Health Initiative unless otherwise specified for a particular campaign.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation of all content, is the property of Zim Global Health Initiative or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms or the Site shall be instituted in the courts located in Darwin, Northern Territory.
